Less searching. More understanding.

Start with a question
already on your mind.

Bring the numbers into a conversation.
Then ask the follow-up that matters to you.

Know where to follow up.

Review customer balances together. See which accounts need a closer look before your next collection call.

“List my customer balances, largest first.”

Make sense of sales.

Ask your assistant to summarise sales entries and show the details behind a total. Bring a clearer question to your accountant.

“Summarise August sales and show the biggest customers.”

Check stock before buying.

Look up the quantities recorded in Tally before planning another order or answering a customer.

“Show the current quantities for these stock items.”

These are examples of questions to ask your connected assistant. Customer balances are not an overdue report; verify payment dates, totals and stock in Tally before acting.

Keep the Tally you know

A new way to ask.
The same place for your books.

Tally2AI makes the connection. Your AI assistant gives you the conversation. You don’t need to learn code or replace Tally.

01

Install on your Tally computer

Download the Windows app, then sign in with your Tech Essentials membership email and code. Keep Tally running with your company open.

02

Choose what your AI can see

The setup guide helps you connect a supported desktop assistant and select your company. Start with view-only access.

03

Ask your first question

Open your AI assistant and ask about a familiar ledger or stock item. Compare the answer with Tally.

Your books. Your decisions.

Stay in control
of the connection.

You decide which company an assistant can access and whether it can make changes.

Start with questions, not edits.

View-only is the default. Changing or deleting records needs separate access. Begin with a sample company and check the answers.

Know what gets shared.

Tally stays on your computer. Information your assistant reads can be sent to its AI provider under that provider’s policy. See how data is handled →

Disconnect when you choose.

Remove an app’s access in Tally Bridge to stop its future requests. Optional usage reporting can also be turned off.
